1.    Call in for RMA number.

2.    Pack your unit according to UPS guideline. 

3.    Include Company name, contact name, telephone, ext., fax number, e-mail address, ship to and bill to address.

3.    Attach official purchase order or RMA #.

Credit applications can be submitted for account set-ups.  Call 714Printer Repair Co. for a return fax of our application. Allow 3 days for processing.
